DESCRIPTION:As part of Friends of the Farm’s long-term plan to replicate prolific fruiting trees in our area\, we’re running a new workshop to discover a different way of propagating new plants from old. \nBring with you a cutting or two from the peach\, plum or apricot tree that has been giving you fruit for years in Māngere Bridge. \nRichard will teach us how to take just a bud from that twig and attach it to an existing plant.  Over the next couple of years\, you can watch your fruit grow from a different tree. \nSound interesting?  Come along and join us for this free workshop. \nAfternoon tea and home baked goodies will be available at the end to celebrate a successful session. \nThe orchard is located behind 82 Wallace Road\, Mangere Bridge.
