Repair Cafes are free events where local people bring in damaged or broken items and volunteers repair them.
Join us on the foreshore for our final day of mangrove seedling removals (60cm and smaller) for 2024. This work is undertaken to protect the ecology of the foreshore for the wide variety of birds who are in the area.

If you’re skilled with a needle or want to learn to sew and would like to join some like-minded buddies, come along to Friends of the Farm‘s next sewing bee in the barn at Ambury Farm.
Help us welcome back the Kuaka (Bar-tailed Godwit) from their annual Asian migration to Ambury Regional Park. This event will include a talk from a New Zealand birding expert, a small afternoon tea, and a guided walk and bird observation (approximately 1km each way), all in collaboration with Birds New Zealand.
