Friends of the Farm hosted another very successful lantern walk at Ambury Farm to celebrate Matariki. It was a huge turnout – our counters clicked nearly 300 people!
A colourful pile of 6 blankets and 45 baby hats plus cardigans, knitted slippers, adult sized hats, knitted toys, and some tiny hats and booties for premature babies. 102 items in total for an excellent cause.
Friends of the Farm members have been busy bees this month, buzzing around, running 3 different working bees. An orchard working bee, a mangrove working bee and a sewing bee!
